Itinerary

Saturday, April 25th

Upon arrival at Koh Samui airport, you’ll take a scenic 15-mile drive to our retreat space. Transportation is available by private car.

We’ll officially begin our journey together with a special welcome ceremony at 5:00pm, thoughtfully prepared by the team at PV. This is a beautiful way to ground into the space, meet fellow travelers, and set intentions for the week ahead.

Dinner will be available between 6:00 and 8:00pm—feel free to dine at your own pace and soak in your surroundings.

As the sun begins to set, we’ll gather casually by the beach or pool for a relaxed meet-up and Q&A. This will be a chance to walk through the week’s itinerary together, answer any questions, and ease into the rhythm of retreat life.

Sunday, April 26th

Wake up to the soft rhythm of ocean waves and take in the peaceful energy of the island as you enjoy a nourishing breakfast. We’ll meet at 9:00am for a grounding morning yoga practice to begin our day in balance.

After yoga, we’ll take some time to refresh and prepare for our mid-morning outing. Around 11:15am, we’ll depart for a visit to two of Koh Samui’s most sacred sites: Wat Plai Laem and the Big Buddha Temple. These stunning temples are just a short drive from Samahita, with a scenic walk connecting the two. For those interested, there may be an opportunity to receive a traditional monk blessing.

Following our temple visit, we’ll head to lunch at Sea La Vie Bar and Restaurant around 2:15pm, where we’ll enjoy delicious local cuisine with views of the sea. We’ll take a short detour to explore the serene Buddha Gardens before returning to Samahita.

We’ll gather together again for a community dinner at 6:00pm, followed by a deeply restorative evening yoga session at 7:15pm to unwind and reflect on the day.

If you’re interested in a little extra self-care, spa packages are available and include three treatments—infrared sauna, massage, and a float tank session—for $115. These do need to be booked in advance, so let us know if you’d like to reserve a spot.

Lunch will be available at 12:00pm for those who choose to stay on-site, and we’ll come back together for dinner at 6:00pm.
