Meet The Team
Gabbi
Gabbi started her yoga journey right out of high school in 2014. She moved from the Tri Cities to Utah where she continued her personal practice at a local studio and classes through DSU where she studied Psychology. When she began working at the local hospital she discovered a deep passion for health and wellness, and loved connecting to people. Her curiosity and love for the practice grew and she decided to move to Kennewick in 2017 where she received her 200 hour yoga teacher training one- on one with Sonja Hansen. She is an 200 RYT, barre fitness specialist, and trainee facilitator where she instructs at Pura Vida. She recently obtained her Permaculture Design Certificate and loves outdoor activities, gardening, and learning.
Jenny
Jenny grew up near Lake Tahoe, Nevada where she fell in love with socializing, exercise and outdoors. She got a bachelor's in Health Science and met her husband while attending college. They moved back to Tri-Cities when they started their family and have 3 kiddos who keep them busy. She enjoys, and is mediocre at, lots of things including cycling, cooking, singing, reading and sports. But she is always willing to try anything at least once, especially if she gets to do it with people! She started teaching group fitness in January 2020 and can't get enough. She is Barre certified through UpBeat Barre and is also certified in UpBeat Lift, HIGH Fitness and HIGH/Low. She has a goal to not only deliver a killer workout but get you to smile at least ONCE during class; proving you can indeed have fun while dripping sweat!
Jenna
Jenna has always been active and passionate about fitness. After relocating for her career, she discovered yoga, which ignited her love of mind-body connection & wellness. Her love for yoga inspired her to share & teach others. She started with Yoga, Pi-yo and further expanded her fitness instruction. After returning to the Tri-Cities, she became a NASM PT and completed her 200-hour yoga certification through Pura Vida. Her mission is to enrich others through encouragement, fitness, mind-body connection, nutrition, community & acceptance. When she's not teaching, Jenna enjoys spending time with family and exploring the outdoors.
