Our Classes
We are passionate about health & wellness starting from within- we offer a variety of Yoga, Barre, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Pranayama sessions as well as Reiki and Pranic healings.
VINYASA
In this Vinyasa class you will be guided through a series of yoga poses accompanied by regulated breathing. The dynamic movement, breath, and proper alignment cues build strength, flexibility and a deeper mind/body connection. Vinyasa means flow, so you can expect to move up and down on your mat which increases your heart rate and body heat. Our studio offers hot Vinyasa classes as well, you will have the option in most classes to set up in our hot section with infrared heaters which ranges between 90-98 or in our cooler section ranging between 78-85. You will need a mat and water bottle. We encourage everyone to take class at their own pace, so all levels are welcome.
YIN
The purpose of this Yin class is deep tissue release. You will be gently guided through a slow paced, meditative practice consisting mostly of non-active poses. Breathing practices combined with mindfulness techniques while you find stillness in each posture help to foster a deep sense of relaxation and connection to self. The deep tissue releasing poses allow you to increase your flexibility, create space in your body and mind, and promote healthy sleep. All levels are welcome. Props used: 1 bolster, 2 blocks, 1 strap, 1 blanket (These props are available for your use in the studio.)
BARRE
Barre is a form of isometric strength movement. In this class, we blend core activation with muscle isolation techniques, and high reps for maximum results. The fast yet small and deeply isolating lower and upper body movements are done using optimum alignment to produce a more sculpted body while keeping you safe. All levels are welcome and can expect fast beat music with a fun, friendly environment.
Bring a mat and water bottle. Props used: 2- 3lb weights, 1 exercise band, 1 pilates strap, 1 pilates ball (We offer these props in the studio.)
SLOW FLOW
Our Slow Flow Vinyasa class will guide you through traditional Vinyasa postures at a slower pace allowing you to dive deep into alignment, breath work, and explore the sensations within. Its unhurried pace makes it the perfect option for a morning flow as you gently wake your body up and stretch out sleep from the night before. Whether you are seeking to energize your body, clear your mind, or increase your overall strength and flexibility, this class offers a safe space for inner connection and fosters inner peace. All levels can enjoy and experience the benefits of this nurturing class.
FASCIA & MOBILITY FLOW
Fascia flow is a Vinyasa style yoga class that targets your fascia (a dense, fibrous interconnected web of connective tissues). You will be guided through a series of Vinyasa poses accompanied by sequences of dynamic, static, and ballistic movements that target the connective tissues throughout your whole entire body. These movements combined with regulated breath and proper alignment cues not only build strength and flexibility, but aim to remold your fascia over time and with consistency. This class creates a deeply rejuvenating opportunity for you to deepen your mind/body connection. All levels are welcome.
HATHA
Our Hatha class follows a specific sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, practiced in a room heated to approximately 90 degrees with elevated humidity. The heat facilitates increased flexibility, detoxification through sweat, and a heightened cardiovascular workout. The main focus of this sequence is to strengthen your spine. It can improve your overall strength and flexibility, and increase oxygen circulation as well. You can expect the same 26 postures and two breathing techniques every time you take this class. All levels are welcome.
POWER SCULPT
Power Sculpt is a power yoga class that incorporates weights and isometric movements to help tone and sculpt the body while improving overall functional strength. The pace of the class is dynamic, with sequences designed to elevate the heart rate and build heat within the body. We encourage you to push yourself, yet honor your body and rest as needed during class. All levels are welcome.
