Yoga is life… This practice has taught me many things, but the one sitting front and center right now is that life is in constant motion. Just as our breath moves and seasons shift, our families grow, life naturally calls us forward into new chapters.
When I first opened these doors nearly ten years ago, my intention was to see it through for five years. But something unexpected happened and I fell in love with this community.
Shortly after opening this space, I realized that this wasn’t just a studio to run—it had become a home, a place of healing and transformation, and a community filled with love and connection.
I watched strangers become friends, saw people walk in carrying the weight of the world and leave lighter. I witnessed a room full of bodies breathing, moving and growing together that often brought tears to my eyes.
5 years turned into 6, and then 7 and now almost 10 simply because leaving a space that held so much heart, connection, and grace felt impossible. You made this journey more beautiful and fulfilling than I ever could have imagined.
Yet, as life unfolds and this new chapter calls, I know in my heart that it is time to honor the natural rhythm of completion. With a heart full of immense gratitude and love, I have made the bitter-sweet decision to retire and move my life in a new direction.
This decision wasn’t made lightly, nor does it come without tears. While the physical space is coming to a close, the strength, love, and community we built within these walls doesn’t end here—it travels with each of us.
Over the next few months, I want nothing more than to celebrate every moment we have left together on the mat. I invite you to come breathe, move, laugh, and share space with us as we savor this final season of life together.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for choosing me, thank you for trusting me, for sharing your practice with me, and for letting this space be part of your story.
You have forever changed my life in ways that are unexplainable.
With love honor and gratitude
Namaste
