Sunset Yin Park Yoga

Slow down and sink into stillness with a gentle Sunset Yin Yoga session at Hansen Park, just off Columbia Center Boulevard. This free, all-levels class is designed to help you unwind as the sun sets—featuring long, supported poses to release tension and restore balance. Please bring your yoga mat and any props you'd like for extra comfort. Walk-ins are welcome—no registration needed.
