This event is designed to help you understand the vital role your pelvic floor plays as you exercise, how to deepen your connection to it, and it's role in your overall health and well-being. Whether you do yoga or not, you are welcome to join us for this workshop! Tri Cities Pelvic Health will be available to chat, connect, and answer questions after the event.
