This training will be held at Pura Vida Health & Wellness Clinic in Kennewick, WA. Our 200 hours will be mostly in person with some mandatory homework hours in between our weekend meetings. We will meet 1-2 weekends a month on Friday evening, all day Saturday and Sunday.

- Pura Vida 200 Hour YTT manual 

- Pura Vida graduate shirt 

- 200 Hour YTT certificate

- YA RYS certificate

Please Bring: 

-Yoga mat & props (1 block, 1 strap, 1 pair of socks, 1 bolster recommended) 

- Water 

- Snacks as needed 

- Journal, notepad, pen

These 35 hours of barre teacher training will be packed full of posture clinics, effective teaching techniques, and practice teaching. This training is open only to those that already have fitness instructing certifications such as a 200, 300, or 500 hour YTT, pilates certificate, personal trainer license, etc. You must be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of the human body in relation to fitness and movement.
