Gabbi & Jolene have put together a 4 class series meant for beginners and yogi's wanting to refresh their foundation.
You will be provided with the knowledge you need to feel safe and confident during your practice, we will cover- pranayama, common yoga poses, sun salutation A & B, and vinyasa. Expect to feel stronger, more flexible, and ready to do more yoga!
